My Story
Hi, my name is Flo.
Over the past 5 years I started to renovate my personal properties and found that I had a passion for interior design. I've completed a number of projects including the top to bottom renovation of a vacation home in Tamworth, NH, a new construction home in Londonderry, NH and currently working on converting a family room into a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
In February of 2022 I signed up for an interior design course through New York Institute of Art & Design. I wanted to better understand interior design history and the rules of the road when making design decisions; to validate my instincts and identify my knowledge gaps.
I completed the course in November of 2023. My three key takeaways from this course are:
1. You don't know as much as you think you do
2. Measurements are essential
3. I have even more passion for interior design than I did before I started this course
The next part of my studies is to complete and pass the residential interior design certification exam within 6 months while working my full time job and completing my design projects.
The Future
My goal is to transition from my full-time leadership career in healthcare solutions over the next few years to completing interior design projects for myself and others.
I want to bring the joy and satisfaction I enjoy to others when it comes to wanting your space to look and feel a certain way. I want to help you make it a reality.
My services will include room design, redesign or interior design consulting should you prefer to take on your own interior projects and just need a little support and guidance.
